Fight the power, Dez

So Dez doesn't wanna carry stuff for the other players just cause he's a rookie. Can't blame him. I like how he stands up for himself. Fight the system all you want Dez but don't screw over the team in the process. Hopefully the older players won't be immature enough to start some rookie-vet war this season. We need to focus and win. GO COWBOYS
