Has anybody ever seen someone who looks like this? Like really, who walks around a neighborhood like this? They put this on signs for neighborhood watch and I grew up thinkin this is what bad guys look like. If you didn't have a trench coat and hat you were no threat. Come on people. I've always kinda been intrigued by this though.

I wanna dress up like this and walk around a neighborhood
Has anybody ever seen someone who looks like this? Like really, who walks around a neighborhood like this?
